This project for a private property developer will convert a well known former hotel near the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh into a total of 4 flats and townhouses.

Two flats will be situated on the lower ground floor with direct access to private landscaped courtyards at the rear. Two large townhouses will be formed on the ground and first floors with access to private rear gardens by means of external stairs constructed in galvanised steel with hardwood treads.

A two-storey contemporary extension at the rear will create some additional space for two of the units and will be constructed with large windows and french doors with douglas fir frames and standing seam zinc cladding.
